How long does it take to make my order?
Each Made to Mean piece is personalized with care. Our current production time is usually 4–5 business days before your order ships.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our facilities in Houston, Texas, allowing us to offer a smoother and faster delivery experience within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that shipping time begins after production is complete, not from the day the order is placed.
Can I preview my personalization before ordering?
At the moment, we do not send previews before production. However, each piece is carefully prepared based on the personalization details you provide at checkout.
Can I change my personalization after placing an order?
Because every order is custom-made, changes can only be requested shortly after the order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help before production begins.
Can I cancel my order?
Since personalized items are made specifically for you, cancellations are only possible if production has not started yet. Once your item is in production, we’re unable to cancel the order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each piece is personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and help make it right.
Can I use special characters, names, or dates?
Yes. You can personalize your piece with names, dates, initials, or meaningful words, depending on the product. Please double-check your spelling before placing your order.
Is the jewelry waterproof?
Our pieces are made to be durable for everyday wear, but we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals to help preserve the finish.
Will the engraving fade?
Our personalization is made to last. However, like any jewelry piece, proper care helps keep it looking its best over time.
Can I send this as a gift?
Yes. Made to Mean pieces are perfect for meaningful gifting. You can ship your order directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout.
Do you include prices in the package?
We do not include pricing details inside the package, making it easier to send your order as a gift.
